EXCHANGE POLICY

Today we believe that honesty is the best policy in the market. That is why we design generous, fair and transparent policies for our clients. 1. We want you to be happy with your jewel and for this reason you have one year to make a change if you wish.

2. If you bought a ring online and it is not your size, send it to the workshop (C/Major,25 08589 Perafita (Barcelona)) with a note specifying the size you want.

3. We DO NOT refund money.

4. We exchange jewelry or we can give you a voucher with the value of your jewelry so that you can redeem it at another time.

5. To make the change it is not necessary to present the purchase receipt, since our jewels are unique and are marked.
